A quiet and peaceful location but not far from shops, a pub and entertainment. The best part was being by the river as you had the best of both worlds - boating and permanent base in the house.

A good location, only 5 mins from Wroxham. The rowing boat was fun, and the children enjoyed the duck visitors we had on the terrace.

We very much enjoy our holiday. The Swimming pools are absolutely fantastic. The pool staff were exceptionally helpful. Our granddaughter enjoyed the 'swimming lesson' and was proud of the Certificate she received. By the end of the week her swimming had improved considerably.

Huge panoramic windows. Quiet location yet within easy walking distance to the centre of Wroxham.

Accomodation Details:
Ground floor: One double shower room and WC. First floor: Two twin rooms bath with WC. Row dinghy provided launch available for hire when booking.
