Site Description for Hoseasons Bulworthy Forest Lodges - In an idyllic setting surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity these secluded lodges are nestled in 25 acres of woodland and boast five well stocked fishing lakes. Situated between the North Devon towns of Bideford Barnstaple and Torrington the lodges are set down a picturesque tree lined woodland drive at the entrance to Bulworthy Forest and offer the perfect environment for a relaxing and memorable holiday. There is a sandy beach just 5 miles away with shops and a pub within 4 miles.
Enjoy the free carp and coarse fishing available. The beautiful surrounding woods invite leisurely rambles and are home to an abundance of wildlife and a variety of flora and fauna.
Due to the steep gradients and steps Bulworthy Forest Lodges are not suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe mobility difficulties.

The cabins are spotless and have everything that you could need, we had a lovely relaxing peaceful holiday.
We stayed in Acorn which is the last cabin up a very steep hill, it was as if there was only us in the forest, very quiet and peaceful. The location is lovely with fishing lakes at the bottom of the hill, and short country walks around the park. We would definitely recomend these cabins - roll on next year!

A very good standard of accommodation set in peaceful and relaxing surroundings - its also an adventure for little ones.

The location of the lodge was fantastic - it was quiet and peaceful and all we saw was squirrels! If you want a really relaxing holiday then Bulworthy Forest Lodges is the place to go. The lodges are exceptionally furnished - it was like a home from home. The holiday could not have been improved - it was perfect and we didn't want to come home!

A wonderful peaceful place to really get away from it all - would go again without a doubt!
Accomodation Details:
Timber lodge set high in an elevated secluded position with a view of the lake. One double and one twin. Dishwasher and tumble dryer. Whirlpool bath.
