Site Description for Hoseasons Bulworthy Forest Lodges - In an idyllic setting surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity these secluded lodges are nestled in 25 acres of woodland and boast five well stocked fishing lakes. Situated between the North Devon towns of Bideford Barnstaple and Torrington the lodges are set down a picturesque tree lined woodland drive at the entrance to Bulworthy Forest and offer the perfect environment for a relaxing and memorable holiday. There is a sandy beach just 5 miles away with shops and a pub within 4 miles.
Enjoy the free carp and coarse fishing available. The beautiful surrounding woods invite leisurely rambles and are home to an abundance of wildlife and a variety of flora and fauna.
Due to the steep gradients and steps Bulworthy Forest Lodges are not suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe mobility difficulties.

A fantastic location and lovely private lodge in the middle of a quiet and rural setting - the sauna was fab too!

We liked it as it was very quiet and peaceful and the children enjoyed the park itself. It is in an excellent location and not too far from many attractions and childrens parks in the area.

The setting was beautiful & peaceful but still only 3 miles from the town facilities although own transport a must. Lodge was warm & comfortable sauna great.

Pleasantly remote, lots of wildlife especially pheasants. Sauna made a pleasant addition.

A very enjoyable and tranquil holiday, and very good value for money.
Accomodation Details:
Timber lodge set high in the woods. One master double with ensuite shower one double and one twin. Dishwasher. Bath with overhead shower. Sauna.
