We had a very peaceful and comfortable short break at a price that could not be beaten which we would definitely look for again.

Was a great holiday location and accommodation were brilliant with an on site pub, which was very warm and welcoming on a cold evening. Also there is a short walk to the beach which is a beautiful view.

The accommodation was excellent. Ideal for a young family with children and a home from home. We have never had a holiday in the North of England before, always visiting Devon or Cornwall, but we had a great time and will definitely be staying here again - we didn't want the holiday to end!

The park provides the opportunity to enjoy a tranquil break in accommodation that feels suitably homely, whilst the location of the holiday village allows for easy to reach day excursions.

I would recommend this holiday to families with younger children as the beach access and the lawned areas are great.

I would recommend The Bay, as having the beach to yourself at eight in the morning when the sun is shining just can't be beaten!

This break was absolutely fantastic. Miles of blue flag beaches to walk along into Filey, which in itself is a nice peaceful resort town, an excellent area and excellent accommodation - I will use it again and again!!

The park is new, maintained lovely and is very friendly. Not far from the beach, just a short walk which is quite pleasent - a very relaxing holiday.

The park is wonderful and the accommodation is first rate. It will be a great place to holiday and stands out above the rest on the Yorkshire coast.

The accommodation is first class - warm, comfy, a big TV and a dishwasher. Adults will love the on-site pub - a classy park and great value.

Excellent accommodation and I have recommended it to friends and family.
Accomodation Details:
Elegant two storey cottage. Ground floor: Open plan lounge/diner with French doors leading onto patio. Kitchen. WC. First floor: One double with Juliette balcony and one with either twin or bunks. Bath with overhead shower.
