Villa Accomodation Details:
Casa Arosa is situated by the tennis courts on the quiet residential estate of Quinta das Raposeiras, - close to the traditional market town of Bordeira. Casa Arosa is a simple cottage situated in its own plot of land. There is a dining area with portable BBQ, - and the pool (dimensions: 10.5m x 5m depth: 1.15m to 1.8m) is at the rear of the house, - offering excellent country views and down to the sea in the distance. Although peaceful and rural, - it is just 20 min drive to the coast and beaches around Faro, - whilst the larger village of Santa Barbara de Nexe and the attractive market town of Loule are within 10 - 15 min drive.
The tennis courts are for the use of residents on the estate and can be booked at the local development office, - where there is also a small coffee shop. Local shops are within a few min drive and restaurants and other shops are available in Bordeira, - approximately 5 km.
Ground floor: open-plan living / dining room with Sky TV, - DVD and CD, - opening onto pool terrace with outside dining area, - kitchen with full cooker, - fridge and microwave (washing machine outside), - 2 twin bedrooms, - one with ensuite bathroom, - separate shower room/WC. Portable BBQ.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, - a local charge of 7 Euros per day is payable on arrival if air conditioning is required.
Maid service twice weekly and linen change weekly.
Linen: Included with towels.
