Villa Accomodation Details:
Casa do Alto, - as its name implies, - is located almost at the top of the residential estate of Quinta das Raposeiras, - close to the traditional market town of Bordeira. Cottage-style, - with simple furnishings and very private, - Casa do Alto has a pretty garden with outside BBQ and dining area and large pool terrace, - offering stunning panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and down to the sea in the distance. The pool measures 10m x 5m with approx depths from 1m to 2m.
Although peaceful and rural, - it is just 20 min drive from Casa do Alto to the coast and beaches around Faro, - whilst the larger village of Santa Barbara de Nexe and the attractive market town of Loule are within 10-15 min drive.
Quinta das Raposeiras has tennis courts for the use of residents on the estate, - which can be booked at the local development office, - where there is also a small coffee shop. Local shops are within a few min drive, - and restaurants and other shops are available in Bordeira, - approximately 5 km.
Ground floor: open-plan living / dining room with TV and opening onto pool terrace, - kitchen with full cooker, - microwave and fridge opening onto outside dining area with BBQ. (Washing machine outside). One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Separate bathroom next to twin bedroom. Narrow spiral stairs (with lockable stairgate) to first floor sitting / reading area, - which can also be approached by exterior steps and terrace. Bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning - 50 Euros per week payable locally on arrival if required.
Maid service twice weekly and linen change weekly.
Changeover: Thursday.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
