Villa Accomodation Details:
A fabulous area 10 km from Forcalquier with its shops and restaurants. Ideal place for walking and bird watching. The Lac-de-Ste. Croix and the Gorges du Verdon are great for a day out. The famous town of Apt is 45 km for more shops and a Saturday market. Cultural city of Aix en Provence is also worth a visit. International airport: Marseille 110 km.
An ideal property for families. Large Provenç - al ' - ' - mas' - ' - divided into two independent properties. One occupied by the friendly English owners, - and the letting property, - with its private front patio and upper level entrance at the rear (direct access to bedrooms).12 hectares of land to explore at your leisure. (Some steep drops - care with small children) Large solar-heated swimming pool with security alarm 14 x 7 x 1-2m depth. Owners will only use the pool when not in use by guests. BBQ.
Open-plan living/dining room with CD, - TV and DVD. Well-equipped kitchen with door to patio area. Microwave. Washing machine and dishwasher. Steep spiral stairs to 1st Floor: Bed 1: double, - ensuite shower/WC.
