Villa Accomodation Details:
Kitchen/dining room, - 1 double bedroom, - 1 shower room, - balcony and BBQ. Use of communal laundry room with washing machine. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Breakage deposit of 200 euros to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Final cleaning charge of 50 euros, - can be deducted from this deposit. Winding and steep access road to property. Saturday changeover. Air-conditioning on request and subject to availability &euro - 50 per week payable locally.
Linen: Included with towels.
