Villa Accomodation Details:
Large living / dining room with 2 single divan beds, - kitchen, - 1 double bedroom, - 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, - other bathroom has shared access through the twin bedroom. French/foot balcony with sea views. In the complex there is a large BBQ area for the use of all guests. Use of communal laundry room with washing machine. Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Breakage deposit of 200 euros to be lodged directly with owner and refunded on departure. Final cleaning charge of 70 euros, - can be deducted from this deposit. Winding and steep access road to prop. Saturday changeover.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
