Villa Accomodation Details:
This house nestles in the village of Argeliers between miles of vineyards and the valleys of the Minervois countryside. The village has basic shops which are within walking distance and the closest restaurant is 4km. More shops can be found in St Marcel 12km. Weekly market in pretty Capestang 11km. Take a day trip to the long sandy beaches at Gruissan 33km or Valras, - or stroll along the shady tree lined Canal du Midi (an UNESCO World Heritage Site) which is only 1km. The canal, - and the pretty villages that line it such as Capestang and Somail sur Aude, - are a delight to explore and ideal for walkers and cyclists. Don&rsquo - t forget to visit the famous Carcassonne which is only 49km and is a must see medieval fortified town. International airport Carcassonne 54km.
Recently built independent house on one level located in a residential area on a quiet no through road. Landscaped gardens and private swimming pool (8.5 x 4 x 1.1-1.6m depth) with security fence and views to the Minervois hills beyond. Wooden pool side furniture. BBQ and parking area.
Simple and tasteful interiors as well as being comfortably furnished. Entrance area leads to a large open plan living/dining room with glass dining table comfortable for 6. TV/DVD/CD. Modern and airy kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: double. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bath/shower room. Sep WC. Washing machine. Sorry, - pets not allowed.
