Villa Accomodation Details:
Lovely views across the vine clad hills. The vibrant town of Limoux is 3 km for shops, - restaurants and bars as well as a local market held on Friday with a good range of local foods and crafts. Tennis and bike hire 4 km. Ideal for nature lovers as well as hiking and biking enthusiasts. Don&rsquo - t miss a visit to the fortified city of Carcassonne, - 27 km, - with its amazing fortified walls, - pretty gift shops, - cafes and restaurants as well as historical and cultural festivities throughout the summer. The well known Canal du Midi is just 27 km. International airports: Carcassonne 25km / Toulouse 103 km.
A wonderful opportunity to stay in beautiful restored Mas located on a working vineyard within one hectare of land and vines. The building is adjacent to the owners (approx 100m) house and close to wine making facilities which are regularly used during the day. There is a private garden area and pleasant private terrace to the rear of the house as well as a walled private pool area 8 x 4 x 1.20-1.60m depth with BBQ and covered outside dining area. Wine tasting is possible onsite.
The house is full of charm and has been completely restored and tastefully decorated. Large rooms, - grand staircase and high ceilings are particular features of this superb house. Entrance hall leading to large living room beautifully furnished with antique French furniture and fireplace. TV. Spacious, - fitted kitchen with microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine. Bed 1: king-size with ensuite shower/WC. Beautiful stone staircase leading to first floor. Bed 2: double with ensuite bath/WC. Bed 3: double leading to Bed 4: 2 singles. Sep Bath/WC. Heating available on request for the months of April, - May and October and paid at a supplement of &euro - 40 locally. Saturday changeover.
Linen: Included with towels.
