Sheltered sandy beach 10 min walk/3 min drive with evocative views across to the old walled town of St Malo. Centre of the lively seaside town of Dinard, - 10 min walk, - for wide choice of restaurants, - shops, - riding and tennis. Enjoy the excellent local seafood, - cultural events throughout the year, - or swim in the heated Olympic-sized seawater pool on the sea front. Golf at St Briac 10 km. To the west explore the idyllic beaches of the Emerald Coast or walk the cliff paths with views over the limpid sea to the Channel Islands. A 45 min drive takes you to the spectacular Mont St Michel or the bustling city of Rennes. Enjoy a peaceful cruise up the River Rance to visit the old medieval centre of Dinan. International airport: Dinard 3 km.
Beautiful ground floor apartment in an attractive new development in a residential area of Dinard. Controlled access and secure parking within this landscaped and well maintained complex. Pool 12 x 5 x 1.1-1.6m depth with security fence for residents&rsquo - use from mid June to mid September, - 10:00 - 20:00 hrs. Changing room with shower/WC. Apartment has own small terrace for al-fresco dining and grassed garden area (not fully enclosed) on other side of building from pool.
