Le Gouray and Colliné - e both 5 min drive for local shops, - restaurants and tennis. Lamballe 16 km for wider choice of shops and riding. The stunning Emerald coast with its clear waters, - magnificent beaches and superb coastline paths all within a 30 min drive. Beautiful medieval towns of Dinan, - Dinard, - St Malo and Josselin are an easy drive and all well worth exploring. The renowned Mont St Michel 45 min drive. Golf 25 km. International airport Dinard 33 km.

Exquisitely renovated C18th manor house and dependencies set in fully enclosed 2-acre garden with views across surrounding countryside. Swimming pool 10m x 5m x 1.2-1.8m (can be heated on request, - £ - 125 per week payable locally) in a secure sheltered courtyard, - large games room and fully glazed conservatory/sitting room mean that you can enjoy yourselves whatever the weather. Paved terrace, - BBQ.
