Villa Accomodation Details:
Recently refurbished, - this well-presented detached villa with spectacular sea views is situated in a residential area of Callao Salvaje, - an easy 8 min stroll from a supermarket and a selection of cafes, - bars and good quality restaurants. A taxi rank and a bus stop are just 5 min walk from the house, - whilst a pebble and sand beach is about 12 min walk downhill.
The bustling resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just 10 min drive from here where you will find sandy beaches and a host of other entertainments including water parks and theme parks. For golfers, - both the Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 min drive away and also nearby there is a tennis and fitness club.
Two storeys. Entry is into the first floor where you find a comfortable lounge/dining room with British satellite TV, - DVD and CD player and patio doors that open to a furnished terrace from where there are sea views. Also on this floor is the fully fitted kitchen with full cooker, - microwave, - dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Stairs lead down to the ground floor where there are 2 twin and 2 double bedrooms. Two have en-suite bath or shower/WC and lead out onto the pool area. There is also a separate full bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. The floodlit swimming pool (7m x 3m, - depth 1.2m with Roman steps, - heated in winter) is surrounded by sun terraces with sea views. BBQ, - pergola and utility room with washing machine and table football.
Cleaning on arrival only. Air conditioning included at no extra charge. Pool heating included Nov &ndash - Apr, - £ - 7 per day if required between May &ndash - Oct.
Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
