Villa Accomodation Details:
Tucked away on the edge of a quiet rural hamlet with excellent proximity to Royan and beaches notably at St Palais and Pontaillac which are within a few min drive. St Sulpice de Royan is 2.5 km for bakers and general stores. Restaurant is 2 km. International airport: La Rochelle 72 km/Bordeaux 120 km.
Stone-built barn conversion part of a larger property shared with friendly owners. Sunny terrace overlooks shared lawned gardens and children&rsquo - s swings. Shared pool 12 x 6 x 1.5m depth, - with security alarm, - loungers and pool house with shower/WC and simple summer kitchen.
Lots of character in this comfortable and quality accommodation with lovely attention to detail. Cool open-plan lounge area with exposed stone walls and tiled floor leading to dining area and kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Shower/WC. Steep stairs up to Bed 1: open-plan mezzanine sleeping area with wonderful exposed beams, - 2 singles, - 1 double sharing same area. Care: some low beams. For &euro - 200 extra payable locally there is an independent annexe with double bed and ensuite shower/WC also available. Please specify at the time of booking if annexe is required. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), - 7 night min stay.
Linen: Included with towels.
