Le Phaé - ton is a ground floor apartment set on a lovely complex of just 3 apartments and 5 B& - B suites, - recently converted from a C17th/C18th coach house on the edge of picturesque hamlet of St Preuil, - in the heart of Cognac vineyards.
Le Phaé - ton is an apartment of high standard with beautiful stone walls. Sitting room/living room with wonderful feature stone fireplace, - leather sofas and armchairs, - satellite TV (some English channels), - DVD/CD player. Table and chairs for 4, - french doors to terrace. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, - microwave and washing machine. Bed 1: large double (160cm), - Bath/shower/Wc - also accessible from Bed 2 via connecting door. Sep WC. Bed 2: 2 singles. Internet point in each bedroom. Safebox in wardrobe. Cot, - highchair and babygate on request. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), - 7 night min stay.
Linen: Included with towels. Phone System: Standard. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
