Villa Accomodation Details:
Situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by woods, - yet only 1 km from the pretty village of San Donato, - which has a good choice of shops and restaurants, - this traditional villa is ideally placed in the heart of Chianti country, - with Florence just 25 km and Siena 36 km. With extensive grounds, - large private pool and spacious living accommodation, - Villa Al Bosco is an ideal choice for families looking for a comfortable holiday home within easy reach of local amenities and very convenient for the historic cities of Tuscany.

Gated driveway leads to the house, - with a pathway leading down to the pool. Lounge, - separate dining room, - fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge and dishwasher. One twin and two double bedrooms, - full bathroom and further shower/WC. A balcony extends around most of the house and overlooks the pool. Downstairs at pool level is a further lounge with billiard table, - WC with washing machine and doors opening onto the pool, - garden and sun terraces with BBQ.

Cleaning and linen change weekly. Pool open from 1 May &ndash - 30 Sep. Breakage deposit of &euro - 260 to be paid locally.

Saturday changeover.

Linen: Included with towels.
