15 km north west of Cannes. This charming village is perched on a hill on above the banks of the river Siagne. From the peaceful church square, - the view looks over the wooded hillsides and the surrounding stunning mountainous countryside. The great setting is only 15k m from glitzy Cannes and the sandy beaches. Local shops 1km and twon centre within walking distance. 10 km from the perfume capital of Grasse and 45 km from historical and culture rich Nice and its airport. Stylishly presented villa set in enclosed terraced grounds with beautiful sunny pool and terrace, - and boasting great panoramic views. In a residence of 25 houses set between Cannes and Grasse. This pleasant, - comfortable villa boasts panoramic views of the Tanneron. In calm residential area in the hills with lovely poolside terrace. Private pool 6.5 x 4 x 1.5-2.1m depth, - kidney shaped. Security alarm plus net around the pool. Living / Dining room with stone floors, - TV, - DVD, - hi-fi, - fireplace, - corner sofa, - table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, - washing machine, - dryer, - oven, - microwave, - hob and fridge freezer. Coffee machine. Table and bench.
