Set in the hills overlooking the medieval old town of Cagnes-sur-Mer, - 3 km from the centre with shops, - café - s, - restaurants and pebbled beaches. A bus stop outside the villa allows easy access to the town. Visit the Renoir museum 1.5 km. Music lovers should not miss the laid-back jazz restaurant 2 km outside the little-explored village of La Gaude 5 km. Choice of restaurants and discos in the port of St Laurent-du-Var 5 km. Bike hire at the marina 5 km. Tennis 2 km, - and several golf courses within 15 km. Enjoy the elegance of the Cote d' - Azur with Antibes 10 km, - Cannes 20 km and Monaco 40 km. International airport: Nice 11 km.
This Hollywood style villa is situated in a quiet road with lovely views of the mountains and sea. Colourful flowered garden with large security fenced freestyle pool 16 x 6 x 1.3-2.7m depth, - with summer kitchen by shaded pool terrace and poolside shower. Several lovely terraces area to sit and admire the views to the sea. Boules area. Attached to another property at rear, - but garden and pool are not overlooked. Discreet owners live in adjacent basement apartment. Table tennis, - boules area (balls supplied). Large terrace with built-in BBQ and kitchen sink and fridge.
