Villa Accomodation Details:
Just 20 min walk/6 min drive to the centre of the glamorous city of Cannes with full parking facilities. If you can tear yourself away from the tempting shops, - restaurants, - yacht marina, - beach activities and nightlife, - why not take a trip to Grasse 20 km with beautiful views and spectacular scenery as well as the perfume factory outlets. Have a day out in Monaco 59 km where you will find the nightlife just as irresistible. Travel around the popular seaside resorts and gorgeous hilltop villages and towns and sample the wonderful food and wine in the many restaurants and beachside café - s. An excellent year-round holiday location. Buses and taxis are readily available at Nice International airport, - 27 km.
A newly-built ground floor apartment in an impressive building located in the popular area of Cannes. Entry gates, - a shared landscaped garden and lovely fenced shared pool 10m x 6m x1.5m depth, - provide a secure and attractive setting. Extra shared changing facilities for pool users.
