Villa Accomodation Details:
Located in the pretty village of Eze with choice of beaches. Nearest shops 3 km in Cap D&rsquo - Ail, - with more sandy beaches and peaceful bays. Monaco, - just 6 km, - with numerous cafes, - restaurants and shops and an interesting history. The Italian border is in easy reach, - particularly the towns of Vintimille and San Remo. Nice, - 12 km, - with shopping, - dining, - pretty walks to &lsquo - Le Chateau&rsquo - , - the bustling centre and charming medieval streets is well worth a visit. International airport: Nice 17 km.
This charming house, - full of character, - sits in large terraced grounds partially enclosed. Ideally placed on a hillside, - there are wonderful panoramic sea views from the outside terrace. The terrace is well equipped with two dining tables, - a large parasol and electric BBQ, - perfect for enjoying the long summer days. Stairs lead down to the enclosed private pool 7 x 4 x 1.3m depth accessed via steps and attractively decked, - with sunloungers and further outside dining table.
Living/dining room with sofa and chairs clustered around feature fireplace, - dining table and chairs, - TV, - DVD, - french windows opening onto the terrace. Fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, - microwave and further dining table with chairs and french window to terrace area. Utility room with washing machine. Sep WC. All bedrooms have pretty views over the hills towards the sea. At garden level there is Bed 1: double with french windows onto the terrace. Sep WC. On the ground level Bed 2: narrow double with ensuite shower room. Bed 3: 3 singles. Bed 4: 2 singles (can be pushed together). Bathroom. Sep WC. Open sided stairs so care with small children is needed. Separate apartment attached to main house with external access. Bed 5: 2 singles (can be pushed together), - TV and french doors opening onto covered terrace. Bath/WC. Cot and highchair available on request. Security deposit &euro - 400 cash payable locally. Water 50&euro - per week, - heating 100&euro - per week, - both payable locally.
