Villa Accomodation Details:
Supermarket 1 km, - nearest restaurant 10 min walk. Beach at St Laurent-du-Var 10 km. More shops and restaurants in the village of La Gaude 4 km. Private sports club, - which accepts day members, - approx 10 min drive with tennis, - table-tennis, - large pool, - squash, - restaurant and bar. International airport Nice 13 km.
Set just above a road, - this attractive property has a panoramic view of the sea and coastline from Nice to Antibes. The upper part of the villa is occupied by the discreet owners and their cat - our apartment is on the lower level. Private terrace with teak garden furniture. Well tended garden with colourful shrubs, - trees and lawned area around pool terrace. Pool for clients' - ' - sole use 10 x 4.2 x 1.1-1.8m depth, - with a shallow ledge at one end for children to paddle and security immersion alarm, - can be heated on request at extra cost of &euro - 100 per week, - payable locally. There is a well-protected drop from pool terrace. A good choice for an off season holiday. Gas BBQ.
Glass doors lead to sitting room with double sofa-bed, - armchairs and wrought-iron dining furniture, - satellite TV, - tiled floor. Fully-fitted kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: 2 singles. Both bedrooms have mosquito netting on windows. Particularly pretty bath/shower/WC. Sep WC. Washing machine outside in small shelter. Cot, - highchair and babygate, - all on request. Heating available at extra cost. Internet connection available.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
