Nice 15 km. Shops 1.5 km. Situated in la Gaude, - a typical small Provencal medieval village, - 15 km from the sea and close to the foothills of the Alpes. Well placed for visiting the tourist sites in the region. Monaco and Cannes 30 km, - Antibes 25 km, - St Paul de Vence 10 km. International airport Nice 15km.
Beautiful villa, - all on one level, - in full sunlight from morning to evening, - situated in a peaceful environment within a quality residential area made up of individual villas with plenty of space between each. Mini villa at the far end of the property is occasionally occupied by the owner. Enclosed terraced grounds. Sunny terrace with awning and views of the garden and mountains. Second terrace with mountain views and 2 tables (1 iron), - 10 chairs and BBQ. Private pool 9.5 x 4.8 x 0-1.8m depth with security alarm, - situated infront of the villa, - with pool house (sink, - barbecue, - wc) and sunloungers.
Living/dining room, - tiled with country style table and chairs. TV, - fireplace.2nd living area with 5 seater sofa, - coffee table and TV. Kitchen with dishwasher, - oven, - microwave, - fridge-freezer. Direct access to dining room. Garage with washing machine. Sep WC. Bed 1: tiled floor with double bed (140cm) and window with mosquito netting and views of the garden. Bed 2: tiled floor, - double bed (140cm), - marble dressing table. Window with mosquito netting and view of the garden and mountains. WC and basin. Bed 3: tiled floor, - double bed (140cm) with TV. Glass door with mosquito netting and view of the garden and terrace. Separate bathroom with bath, - basin and WC.
