Villa Accomodation Details:
One km to the hilltop village of La Roquette-sur-Var and its C16th church with famous Italian paintings. Picturesque old village of Levens 5 km for restaurants, - shops, - tennis and bike hire up a road that winds its way through ancient olive groves. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful scenery, - there are beaches at Antibes, - Aquasplash and Marineland at Biot, - both 40 km. Lively, - cosmopolitan town of Nice with its famous waterfront, - beaches, - promenade, - shopping 27 km. Colourful thrice-weekly market at St Martin-du-Var just 5 km. For the more energetic, - canoeing, - hill-walking and mountaineering can be found at Le Plan-du-Var 9 km and skiing at Isola 2000, - 70 km. International airport: Nice 22 km.

This beautifully renovated Provenç - al villa enjoys spectacular views across to the Col du Dragon and the Chaine de Fé - rion. Situated on a hillside, - with other houses dotted around the landscape. Access is by a rough lane off a winding road, - with steep driveway down to entrance.
