Villa Accomodation Details:
Le Tignet, - just 1 km for shops has beautiful views out to Cannes coastline. Ideal for the more adventurous, - the Tanneron and Esterel mountains are in easy reach with many walking opportunities. Grasse, - 8 km, - known as the perfume capital of the world, - has an enticing old town with streets winding through C17th and C18th buildings opening onto lively squares. Golf and horse riding available. Cannes, - 20 km, - has boutique shopping, - plentiful restaurants, - as well as sandy beaches.25 km to Antibes, - with lovely old town and regular markets. International airport: Nice 45 km.
This property boasts delightful, - partly-enclosed grounds with several sun terraces perfect for enjoying the Riviera sun. Below the property is the Siagne canal path which can be accessed via a little bridge (closed by a gate). Covered terrace with outside dining area and BBQ makes an ideal retreat from the midday sun. A second terrace overlooks the private pool 8 x 4 x 1.2-2m depth with security alarm, - pretty pergola and further outside dining area. Both terraces have views over the Tanneron mountain. At the front of the property steps lead to the pool which is equipped with sunloungers, - as well as spa for 5 people. Minor road 300m below villa.
Spacious accommodation, - mostly on the garden level, - with cool tiled floor throughout. Garden level: Light living/dining room with TV, - DVD, - hi-fi, - fireplace, - seating for 6, - dining table and chairs. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, - microwave and dining table. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Sep WC. Several bedrooms have lovely views of the Tanneron mountain. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: double. Bed 3: queen-size, - french windows out to garden, - ensuite bath/WC. Shower room. Ground level: Bed 4: double. Bed 5: double. Cot on request. Security deposit 450&euro - cash on arrival. Towel hire 5&euro - per person per week.
