Villa Accomodation Details:
Local shopping in town of Villamblard 6 km and Campsegret just 4 km has bakery and restaurant. Ideally situated just 20 km from Bergerac with its medieval quarter, - offers excellent possibilities for sight-seeing and dining out. During the summer months there are concerts (mostly jazz) held weekly and the Saturday market is worth a visit. For sport enthusiasts the Country Club of Le Vigier for golfers is within easy reach as are water sports on the Dordogne river and there are various riding schools in the vicinity. The local wine comes highly recommended - appellations include Bergerac, - Montravel and Monbazillac to mention but a few. International airport: Bergerac 20 km.
This attractive stone house has recently been completely renovated to a high standard. Situated on a quiet lane in the heart of the ' - ' - Green Perigord' - ' - perched on the top of a hill with panoramic views over the valley, - where nothing can disturb the calm of this picturesque site. The estate covers some 300 acres of meadows and woodland with footpaths so plenty of choice for those who enjoy walking. Private pool with security alarm 8 x 4 x 1.2-1.8m depth. Gravelled terrace areas for outside dining and enjoying the view. Large unfenced grassy garden leading straight onto surrounding fields. BBQ.
The interior of this delightful house is tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, - washing machine, - and microwave.
