Villa Accomodation Details:
Situated on the outskirts of Sarlat offering all the advantages of the town without the inconveniences. Just 5 minutes by car for shopping to the town centre of this spectacular medieval town where the Saturday market spreads over several streets and squares. Just south of Sarlat the Dordogne valley offers the possibility of visiting some of the prettiest villages in France, - La Roque Gageac, - Beynac and Domme, - the châ - teaux of Castelnaud, - Beynac and Fenelon and spending the day on the river in a canoe is the ultimate relaxation! International airport Bergerac 75 km.

Set in peaceful rural area with large garden at your disposition with plenty of shaded trees for al fresco dining. On the lawn is table tennis and the property is surrounded by fields and woods where roe deer can occasionally be seen. The accommodation is on the ground floor, - the retired owner occupies the first floor, - although she is rarely there during the summer months.

This unpretentious, - simple but comfortable ground floor flat has a separate kitchen with breakfast table, - microwave and washing machine leading into the sitting/dining room with sofa-bed and armchairs, - dining table and chairs. Bed 1: double accessed via the living room with ensuite shower/WC. Large cot on request (up to 3 years).

Linen: Included with towels.
