Villa Accomodation Details:
Ste Sabine for local shops, - tennis and restaurant 3.5 km. Beaumont for more shops 11 km. Just over 20 min drive to Lalinde and the picturesque Dordogne river with many pretty towns along its banks offering a superb choice of shops and restaurants in idyllic situations. Also many sandy beaches along the river - hire a canoe or pedalo! Bastide town of Monpazier approx 25 min drive. Swimming lake with sandy beach and châ - teau at Lanquais 20 km. International airports: Bergerac 40 km/Bordeaux 130 km.

This renovated stone farmhouse sits on its own by a lane, - surrounded by undulating fields, - dotted with copses and looking out at the back over fields and a brook to the local village. The fenced garden is mainly grass with shrubs and hedges, - and a good-sized terrace in front of the 10 x 5 x 1-2m depth pool with security immersion alarm. Built-in BBQ. A stream, - usually very shallow in summer, - runs approx 60m distance from the house.

Simply-furnished with a mix of modern and rustic furnishings to make a comfortable and cosy place to stay. Living room with french windows to garden, - TV, - 2 armchairs, - sofa, - single divan bed, - leading via lobby, - to bath/WC. Steps down to kitchen with fitted units, - washing machine, - microwave, - dining furniture and french windows to terrace. Off kitchen Bed 1: 3 singles interconnecting to Bed 2: 2 singles. Off kitchen, - steps down to Bed 3: double, - french windows. Bath/shower/WC. This bathroom is also accessed by steps down from kitchen. Bed 4: double. Cot, - highchair and babygate on request. Anyday arrival, - min 7 night stay.
