Fattoria degli Usignoli is located in one of the most scenic areas of Tuscany and less than 30kms from the beautiful city of Florence, - which can be easily and conveniently reached by train from nearby Regello, - thereby avoiding the busy city traffic. The residence has been lovingly restored and offers self-catering and hotel accommodation with a vast range of facilities for a family holiday including tennis on site, - a children&rsquo - s play area, - bowling, - mountain bikes and horse riding very close by. Activities are subject to a additional charges payable locally.
The Fattoria also has a poolside snack bar (ideal for lunches) and 2 restaurants (for dinner only), - with barbecue evenings, - as well as a charming amphitheatre for occasional musical events. Set amongst beautiful gardens with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, - Fattoria degli Usignoli is a perfect base for your family holiday. Car hire is essential and parking is available on site.
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT
Living/dining room with double sofa bed, - open plan kitchenette with hob and fridge, - 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, - shower room, - private balcony, - terrace or garden and satellite TV. An extra single bed can be pre-booked at this apartment for an additional £ - 100 per week.
Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Breakage deposit of 150&euro - to be lodged directly with the owner and refunded on departure. Central heating available and payable locally (according to metered usuage) if required. Changeover Saturday.
