Fattoria degli Usignoli is located in one of the most scenic areas of Tuscany and less than 30kms from the beautiful city of Florence, - which can be easily and conveniently reached by train from nearby Regello, - thereby avoiding the busy city traffic. The residence has been lovingly restored and offers self-catering and hotel accommodation with a vast range of facilities for a family holiday including tennis on site, - a children&rsquo - s play area, - bowling, - mountain bikes and horse riding very close by. Activities are subject to a additional charges payable locally.
The Fattoria also has a poolside snack bar (ideal for lunches) and 2 restaurants (for dinner only), - with barbecue evenings, - as well as a charming amphitheatre for occasional musical events. Set amongst beautiful gardens with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, - Fattoria degli Usignoli is a perfect base for your family holiday. Car hire is essential and parking is available on site.
LA CASINA - TWO BEDROOM BUNGALOW
Entrance, - through private patio with table and chairs, - leads into kitchenette/dining room, - living room with double sofa bed. Double bedroom leads off the living room. Shower room. Can sleep either 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child.
Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Pools open from 1st May to 31st October. Breakage deposit of &euro - 150 to be lodged with Reception on arrival and refunded on departure. Central heating available in all apartments and payable locally (according to metered usage) if required. Pets allowed. Saturday changeover.
