St Selve less than 5 min drive, - 2 km, - for basic shops, - riding, - tennis, - and its new restaurant/bar. Further shops, - restaurants and Wednesday market in La Brè - de 5 km. Only 25 min drive to sport and leisure centre at Hostens with lake, - man-made beach, - windsurfing, - canoeing, - bike hire. Sandy Atlantic beaches at Arcachon, - Lacanau, - Biscarrosse, - between 55 min and 1 hour 20 min drives. A tranquil, - relaxed area, - in the heart of the Graves vineyards, - with many opportunities for wine tasting! Wonderful choice of cultural events, - museums, - restaurants and supermarkets in bustling Bordeaux. International airport: Bordeaux 30 km.
In a peaceful location, - this house is set back from country road with just a few other houses nearby, - all carefully placed for privacy, - surrounded by vineyards, - fields and woodland. Garden with covered terrace and built-in BBQ to front of house. Large rear enclosed grass garden with children&rsquo - s swings and sunny terrace with awning. Pool 9 x 4 x 1-1.9m depth with security alarm, - 1m safety ledge all around and saline treatment system. Outside pool house with shower. Views over fields beyond. Discreet, - friendly owner may live in separately accessed loft studio above property and does not use the garden or pool but can occasionally be seen maintaining them. An excellent choice for a relaxed family holiday.

Bed 2: double, - ensuite shower. Bed 3: 2 single beds. Bath/WC. Open-tread stairs with stairgate at bottom lead from living room directly into Bed 4: single and wide single, - low window with protective railings. Cot and highchair on request. Towels are not provided at this property - please take your own.
