Villa Accomodation Details:
Razzett Perla is one of a cluster of four beautifully converted farmhouses grouped together in a peaceful location on the old cart track which leads through the Ghasri Valley to the beach just 1 km away (approx 15 min walk). The accommodation at Perla is all on one level and the open- plan living room opens onto the terrace, - which offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and where the pool (dimensions: 10m x 5m depth: from 1.15m to 2.65m) is located. The pool terrace offers a BBQ and outside dining area. The accommodation inside is very comfortable with lots of character.
Although one of a cluster of farmhouses, - each is designed to be completely private and many guests are unaware of the presence of neighbours throughout their holiday. The beach is 1 km away, - as is the nearest shop, - while nearest restaurants are within a short drive of approx 1.5kms.
Ground floor: large open plan kitchen/living/dining room, - double with four-poster, - twin with en suite shower/WC, - further twin, - bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Built-in barbecue, - drive-in car port, - washing machine, - cable TV, - hairdryer.
Maid service and linen change twice weekly.3 night min except July/August when 1 week minimum, - Tuesday start.
Linen: Included with towels. Phone System: Metered. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
