Villa Accomodation Details:
Just a 5 min drive into the village of Ladignac-le-long with local shops, - restaurante and tennis. Swimming lake with sandy beach, - play area and pedalos 4 km. Wider choice of shops, - restaurants, - bike hire and market at St Yreix-la-Perche 15 min drive. This unspoit area offers a variety of outdoor activties and attractions for all the family &ndash - riding, - fishing (lots of natural lakes in the area), - biking and walking to name a few. Visit Limoges 40 min drive, - with its famous porcelain, - museums, - golf, - and international airport.

Charming property set in a tiny hamlet in tranquil rural surroundings. Main house and facing cottage, - set on opposites side of large gravelled courtyard. Three steps up to pool 10 x 5 x 2m max depth with security cover. Further steps to pretty terrace adjacent to cottage, - perfect for an evening drink or shady meal. BBQ.

Delightfully renovated property where character features combine seamlessly with comfortable modern-day living. Main house: steps down from entrance to kitchen/dining area, - table and chairs for 6/8, - fitted kitchen with breakfast bar divider, - dishwasher, - washing machine, - lovely Rayburn. Steps from entrance up to sitting room with comfortable sofa, - armchairs, - woodburner, - large satellite TV. Further steps up to large mezzanine area with pool table, - games and further TV. Off entrance, - Bed 1: charming room with wrought-iron double bed pretty ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, - shower cubicle and WC. Second stairs from sitting room area to Bed 2: double and single, - and Bed 3: 2 single mattresses on raised level, - fun room great for youngsters. Sloping ceilings in both these rooms mean some areas of limited head room and also limited hanging space. Shower/WC off sitting room. Separate external access from courtyard to Bed 4: twin beds, - small kitchenette corner, - shower/WC.
