Villa Accomodation Details:
This spacious villa, - set in its own grounds with stunning views of the surrounding Troodos mountains and the nearby coast, - lies in the quiet mountain village of Silikou, - just 5 minutes walk from the friendly village taverna. Silikou offers easy access to traditional villages including the well-known village of Troodos and is less than half-hour&rsquo - s drive from the acclaimed beaches of Lady&rsquo - s Mile, - Pissouri and the major resort of Limassol.
This location combines easy access to the usual tourist areas, - while also offering a peaceful retreat. Stonewood Villa is newly renovated from a traditional stone village house. While retaining its original charm and character, - it now boasts extensive modern comforts, - including its own Grecian-shaped private pool, - BBQ and outside dining area surrounded by a lawned garden, - all offering panoramic views.
Ground floor: open-plan well-equipped kitchen/dining area with microwave, - dishwasher, - fridge/freezer with water and ice-maker, - 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, - bathroom with jacuzzi bath, - sep WC, - utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: open-plan living/dining room leading to conservatory with panoramic views. Bedrooms and living/dining areas have ceiling fans. Satellite TV, - CD/DVD player.
Maid service and linen change twice weekly. Cot and high chair available. Anyday arrival, - minimum stay 5 nights. Air-conditoning available in both bedrooms at additional charge of &euro - 6 per unit per day payable locally.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
