Villa Accomodation Details:
Small town of Ste Pazanne 13 min drive has restaurant and local shops. More shops and good restaurants in Machecoul 15 min drive. Sandy beaches at la Bernerie-en-Retz and Pornic, - also with golf and famous coastal path, - boutiques and Sunday market 35 min drive. Tennis at St Mars-de-Coutais 5 km and canoeing on nearby river. Ferry to beautiful Ile d' - ' - Yeu from Fromentine, - 1 hour drive, - for a lovely day' - ' - s outing. Nearby Lac de Grand-Lieu is a beauty spot rich in wildlife. Interesting safari park 12 km. Don' - ' - t miss the wine tasting - the Muscadet ' - ' - Cô - tes de Grand Lieu' - ' - is particularly recommended! International airport: Nantes 22 km.

This delightful ' - ' - Relais de Chasse' - ' - dates back to the 1930' - ' - s and is situated in a farming hamlet 5 min from St Mars-de-Coutais. Fenced garden bordered by a river with views to fields with sheep, - and acres of its own woods beyond, - ideal for nature lovers and walkers. Table tennis. Small portable BBQ and outdoor trolley.

A very interesting property, - full of character and pictures, - objets d' - ' - art, - wall hangings, - furnished with a mixture of some beautiful period furniture and rustic pieces. Spacious farmhouse kitchen full of gleaming ornamental copper pans, - with open fire, - dining table and chairs, - microwave and dishwasher - door to front terrace. Boiler room with washing machine. Living room with open fire, - armchairs, - french windows to small rear terrace, - access to further sitting room with open fire, - divan sofa and armchairs, - TV. Shower room. Sep WC. From living room, - stone stairs to 1st floor. Bed 1: 2 singles (pushed together to form a large double). Bed 2: wide single (120cm), - narrow single. Bath/WC. Off boiler room Bed 3: single and narrow single, - corner fire, - door to garden. Off sitting room Bed 4: double, - doors to back terrace, - leading to Bed 5: 2 singles, - doors to front and back terrace. Beds 1, - 3, - 4 and 5 have washbasins. Sep WC off terrace. Two cots, - highchair and babygate on request. Anyday start, - 7 night min stay.
