Bonneuil Matours has bakery, - café - -restaurant, - supermarket, - butcher, - 10 min drive. Restaurant at Leigné - -les-Bois, - 10 min drive. Supermarkets, - all services, - restaurants and nightlife at market town of Châ - tellerault 10 km. Futuroscope cinematic theme park near Poitiers is only 30 min drive. Golf and swimming lake with sandy beach and watersports at St Cyr 15 km. Canoeing and kayaking at Le Blanc approx 45 km. Loire Valley with Tours, - beautiful châ - teaux, - gardens, - vineyards and attractions from under 1 hour drive. Locally, - la Ligne Acadienne is a very interesting farmhouse museum celebrating French Canadian refugees, - 7 km. International airports: Poitiers 35 km/Tours 87 km. Good TGV link to Poitiers.

This attractive C16th/C18th mill house is on the outskirts of a small quiet village on its own in a secluded valley. Stream (at closest 100m from house) and woodland running the length of large, - landscaped garden and fields with lovely colourful flower beds, - shrubs, - mature trees, - rose garden and orchard. Private pool 8 x 4 x 1.5m depth, - with security immersion alarm. Surrounding restored outbuildings provide covered dining area with built-in BBQ and changing room. Large barn used for storage, - table tennis and tumble-drier. Bikes, - games and trampoline available for clients' - ' - use.
