Set in the heart of the Sologne, - renowned for its lakes, - woodlands and wildlife, - yet just 2 hour drive from the centre of Paris or 90 min by train - ideal for those looking for a peaceful holiday but not far from the attractions of the capital. Loire Valley with its famous châ - teaux, - 25 min drive. Any &ldquo - would be&rdquo - racing drivers can try their hand on Europe' - ' - s biggest go-kart track at Salbris just 10 min drive. International airport: Tours 107 km.

Imposing C19th manor house situated in 30 hectares of beautiful open parkland with lawns, - mature trees, - lake and river, - both of which are unfenced. Ideal for a quiet stroll in the countryside, - without having to leave the grounds! Pool 14 x 5.6 x 0.6-2.2m depth with security fence, - terrace and pool-house with changing room. Games room with billiards and table tennis. Fishing in the river, - boules and badminton. Brick and gas BBQ. Caretakers live in small house on the estate approx 150m from property.
