Nearest restaurants, - shops and tennis in picturesque C13th bastide town of Castelnau-Montratier 4 km, - which has a clock tower and fine arcades around its shady central square. Watersports at Moliè - res, - and 9-hole golf course at Sauveterre, - both around 20 min drive. You may like to take a boat trip to explore the Lot river valley from Cahors 24 km which also has wide choice of supermarkets, - shops, - fine medieval architecture and famous bridge. Don' - t miss the Gorges de l' - Aveyron, - and beautiful towns of Cordes, - Bruniquel, - Rocamadour and St Cirq-Lapopie all within 2 hour drive. International airports: Toulouse 105 km/ Bergerac 115 km.
Peace, - perfect peace in this secluded white stone farmhouse, - set in a fold of hills overlooking a tranquil valley. Traditional Quercy covered terrace and second partially shaded terrace for al fresco dining. Large garden surrounds the property. Secure walled pool 10 x 5 x 1.1-2.2m depth with security gate. Games room with table tennis and table football in adjoining barn. BBQ.
