Villa Accomodation Details:
This very popular villa is set in extensive grounds in a residential area just 2.5 km from the beach at Fuengirola and 5 km from Mijas, - with a variety of shops and small restaurants just 6-7 min walk away, - so is ideal for anyone who doesn&rsquo - t want to be too remote or doesn&rsquo - t like to drive in the evenings. An unusually designed house with lots of character, - Barranco la Jarana is very spacious and comfortable, - with a pretty lawned garden, - vine covered terrace with BBQ and lots of space for sunbathing, - or relaxing in the shade. A few steps lead up from the lawns to the private swimming pool (7m x 5m, - depth 1.3m to 1.6m, - with steps) and sun terraces.
Two storeys. Shaded dining terrace leads into a kitchen with hob/oven, - fridge/freezer, - microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine. Dining room. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom on ground floor. Upstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with separate shower) and lounge with UK satellite TV, - CD and DVD, - plus doors onto a large balcony overlooking the pool. Air-conditioning/heating in two bedrooms, - approx 15 Euros per day (payable locally on arrival if required).
Weekly cleaning and linen change.
Saturday changeover between 26 Jun - 10 Sep 2010, - anyday arrivals at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
