Villa Accomodation Details:
Villa Nessa is an attractively furnished and decorated villa, - set in spacious private grounds in a quiet residential area &lsquo - La Joya&rsquo - , - near the village of Benitatchell, - and 5 km from the nearest beach at Moraira. Shops and restaurants are within 10 -15 min walk. The large private pool (10m x 5 m, - depth 1.1m to 2m) is bordered by extensive terraces offering both sun and shade, - whilst there are lovely views of the countryside from the long upstairs balcony and dining terrace.
Two storeys. External steps up to main upper level. Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, - satellite TV and DVD player, - plus patio doors onto a large covered dining terrace with panoramic views. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge, - microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine. Two double and one twin bedrooms, - plus two full bathrooms on this level. Internal staircase down to further twin and shower/WC at pool level. BBQ.
Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms included in the price.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
