Villa Accomodation Details:
Furnished and decorated to the highest specifications and set in lushly planted grounds, - this recently built, - exclusive complex of just 66 apartments provides the freedom of a self-catering holiday with the standards and quality that you would expect from a five star hotel. Beautifully designed in traditional Spanish style with terracotta roofs and pastel coloured exteriors, - Parques Casablanca is clustered around the freeform lagoon-style pool with separate children&rsquo - s area, - and extensive sun terraces. The developer and owners have taken great pride in attention to detail and, - whilst no apartment is identical and decor and furnishings may differ, - all are furnished and equipped to the same exacting standards. For instance, - each apartment has mosquito nets and electric blinds and you can control the lighting and air-conditioning yourself so that it switches on and off as you move from room to room.
The lovely, - sandy cove of Cala Fustera is approx 1km away where you will find a handful of shops, - café - /bars and restaurants, - whilst the livelier resorts of Moraira and Calpe are approx. 7km in either direction. Along with a restaurant and pool bar on site there is a reception which is open every day from 10.00 &ndash - 18.00 and most apartments can be reached by a lift from the ground floor or underground car park (charges apply &ndash - there is also free on street parking).
Two Bedroom Apartment, - Sleeps 4. Fully air-conditioned/heated ground or first floor apartment with open plan living/dining room with free internet connection, - satellite TV with English channels, - DVD and CD players. Fully fitted kitchen with full oven, - microwave, - fridge/freezer, - dishwasher and washing machine/tumble-drier. One double and one twin bedrooms, - shower/WC. Some apartments have two bathrooms with shower/WC, - but this cannot be guaranteed. Apartments have either balcony or terrace furnished with table/chairs.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. A refundable deposit of 150 Euros is payable on arrival (ideally a credit card swipe preferred).
Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day between 1 July -31 August. Minimum stay 4 nights at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. Phone System: Metered.
