Villa Accomodation Details:
With its unrivalled position right in front of the sea, - Casa Celia is a very popular, - spacious, - modern and attractively furnished villa that also has the advantage of a fenced and gated swimming pool (8m x 4m, - depth 1.2m to 2m), - making it ideal for families with small children. Located just below the coast road the house is built so that all the rooms and terraces face the sea and any disturbance from the road is minimal. The large gravelled garden planted with flowering shrubs and bushes extends almost to the water&rsquo - s edge and there is a pathway below the garden that leads to 2 small coves, - approx 200m away. (There is a fence between the edge of the garden and the pathway, - which is below the level of the villa' - ' - s land). The villa also boasts a very pleasant outdoor dining and BBQ area.
The lively resort of Calpe, - with its many amenities and magnificent beach is just 3 km away, - whilst Moraira is approx.10 min drive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a holiday villa with superb views, - and close to the sea and all amenities.
Two storeys. Ten steps from gate down to house. Entrance into a spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, - DVD and CD players and patio doors opening onto a shaded dining terrace, - garden and pool area. Kitchen with with hob, - oven, - fridge, - microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). Single bedroom (with additional pull out bed for a child)and cloakroom/WC. Upstairs are 2 twin and 1 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. Further shower by the pool.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. SMinimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
