Villa Accomodation Details:
On a hillside in a quiet residential area just 3km from the beaches and resort centre of Moraira, - this pleasant, - comfortable house has a large, - partly lawned garden planted with trees and shrubs for shade, - as well as a kidney-shaped private swimming pool (Depth 1.1m - 1.9m) and spacious sun terraces with BBQ. Villa Aldo also benefits from air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, - making this a very popular holiday home in the hot summer months.
One storey. Steps lead up from the sun terraces to a conservatory with panoramic views over the area, - and then into the air-conditioned lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, - satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with breakfast bar, - hob/oven, - fridge, - microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine. Master double bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom, - further double and twin bedrooms and a shower/WC.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Air-conditioning at no extra charge. Internet connection available (bring your own laptop) - &euro - 25 per week, - payable locally if required.
Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
