Villa Accomodation Details:
St Thurien just 5 min drive for shops and tennis - restaurant 10 min drive. Attractive little town of Quimperlé - 15 km has more shops, - restaurants, - bike hire and riding. Great choice of sandy beaches in the area, - with Le Pouldu and family resort of Kerfany-les-Pins within 25 min drive. Lovely old walled town and port of Concarneau, - 40 min drive, - with wonderful seafood restaurants should not be missed. Swimming lake on site, - and golf at Queven 20 km. Pont-Aven, - famous for its artists and galleries is 25 min drive. International airport: Brest 115 km.
Superb tranquil setting just outside the pretty hamlet of St Eloi for this restored watermill, - complete with turning millwheel, - set in extensive grounds of well-maintained lawns and shrubberies and having two beautiful small lakes and a stream. Private fishing is possible and a rowing boat is provided. The property has been tastefully restored to provide spacious holiday accommodation complete with an indoor pool 8.5 x 3.5 x 1.15m depth, - sauna and billiards room. Small enclosed garden on side of house nearest to lake, - with open terrace and BBQ.

Light and spacious kitchen with fitted units, - dishwasher, - washing machine and microwave. Heated indoor pool, - sauna and fireplace. Door from living room to Bed 1: 2 singles, - ensuite shower/WC. Separate newly renovated annex building adjacent to the main building sleeping up to 7. This building is closed for parties of up to 15. Bed 9: double and a single. Bathroon/WC. Stairs to first floor Bed 10: 2 singles. Bed 11: 2 singles. 3 cots, - highchair and babygate on request. Cook may be available on request. Heating costs included except in bedrooms where it is payable locally in Euros. Linen is available at extra cost, - please order at the time of booking. Dogs on request.
