Villa Accomodation Details:
This recently built, - very pretty villa is situated at the top of a hill with fantastic views over the countryside and down to the sea from its swimming pool (6m x 3m, - depth 1m to 2m, - with roman steps) and sun terraces. With a backdrop of mountains and no other house in the immediate vicinity, - Algarrobo is very private and romantic. The village of Frigiliana (with a small selection of shops and restaurants) is just over 3 km away, - whilst the beach and many amenities of Nerja are just 12-15 min drive away. Inside, - the house is cosy, - comfortable and very well equipped. The lounge and bedrooms are all air-conditioned and heated at no extra charge, - making this an ideal choice at any time of year. The house is reached via a short but steep concreted track, - with easy flat parking just behind the villa.
Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with enclosed fireplace, - basic satellite TV and DVD, - open-plan kitchen with full cooker, - fridge, - microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside by BBQ). Half flight of stairs down to a twin bedroom with shower/WC. Stairs up from lounge to double bedroom and shower/WC. BBQ to side of the house.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover 24 Jul - 27 Aug 2010, - any day arrivals at other times.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
