Villa Accomodation Details:
Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, - above the famous Burriana Beach, - these 4 semi-detached villas command spectacular sea views from their terraces and balconies. Access to Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 6-7 minute downhill walk away, - whilst Nerja town centre is approximately 30 minutes walk, - or 5 minutes by car.
The villas are therefore ideal for anyone who wants to be close to the main beach with all its amenities, - as well as being within easy reach of the resort centre, - so a car is not necessary all the time (although it is useful for trips to the supermarket or sightseeing further afield). The large terraces (with BBQ) and private swimming pool (6m x 4m, - depth 1m to 1.8m, - with ladder) are on the lower level of each house, - whilst there is also a 1st floor balcony and roof terrace in each house, - both offering sea views.
The villas are situated in a quiet cul de sac and are entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. All are equipped to the same high standard but have slightly different furnishings and aspects.
A short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, - lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge is equipped with basic satellite TV, - DVD Player and CD player and there are patio doors leading on to a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, - hob, - fridge freezer, - microwave and washing machine and the usual electrical appliances such as toaster, - coffee maker and kettle etc. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, - 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and its terrace area. All bedrooms have fans.
Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change weekly. Arrivals on Saturday or Sunday for multiples of one week.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
