Villa Accomodation Details:
This brand new house was completed in early 2009. It is situated just 10 min drive from Nerja in an elevated postion, - surrounded by olive and fruit trees, - with lovely views from its extensive grounds and terraces across the countryside and down to the sea. The house is perfect for romantic couples and also has access for disabled clients into the parking area, - house and private swimming pool (7m x 3m, - with a sloping entrance for wheelchairs.
El Nido has been built by the same family as Casa Tania (SSN072) and La Luna (SSN078) and has been furnished and equipped to the same very high standards. The beaches and many amenities of Nerja are easily reached by car &ndash - an added bonus is that you don&rsquo - t need to drive through the town centre to reach the main Burriana beach with its many shops and restuarants.
One storey. Lounge with sofabed for a child, - satellite TV, - CD and DVD players, - plus patio doors onto the pool and sun terraces. Well equipped kitchen with hob/oven, - fridge/freezer, - microwave and dishwasher (washing machine outside). Double bedroom with air conditioning/heating (at no extra charge), - plus a bathroom with walk in shower (with handrails and disabled access), - handbasin and WC. Covered dining terrace and BBQ outside.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day.
The pool, - parking area and main door to house all have ramps for diabled access.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
