Villa Accomodation Details:
Standing in a quiet countryside location in the hills behind Nerja (reached via a concreted country lane), - this comfortable modern villa offers superb views of the resort and coastline from its spacious terraces. Medina Paloma is built into the hillside to make the most of the splendid views and has several terraces offering both sun and shade. The main terrace at the front of the house is ideal for an evening aperitif whilst watching the sun set into the sea, - whilst the rear terrace and BBQ has an impressive pergola dining area. A few steps lead down to the swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, - depth 1m to 2m, - with ladder) and sun terraces, - also with sea views. The beaches and many amenities of Nerja are easily reached by car &ndash - an added bonus is that you don&rsquo - t need to drive through the town centre to reach the main Burriana beach with its many shops and restuarants.
One storey. Spacious lounge/dinig room with satellite TV, - CD and DVD players. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, - hob/oven, - fridge/freezer, - microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine. Two steps lead up to the bedrooms &ndash - two twins sharing a full bathroom, - plus the master double with ensuite shower/WC. All bedrooms have wardrobes and fans.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights arrive any day, - except between 24 Jul - 27 Aug, - when Saturday changeover only.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
