Villa Accomodation Details:
Tamango Hill is a recently built private residential development of villas, - some 3 km from the shops, - bars and restaurants of Nerja and just 500m via an underpass to a small cove and beach bar. There are several other beaches nearby, - including those at Torrox, - approx. 3 km away. The houses are built into the hillside and are on several levels, - with spacious terraces and balconies facing south east and offering side sea views. Well equipped and tastefully furnished, - Villa Tamango Hill 19 is a great choice for anyone wanting to be in a quiet but accessible location and close to the beach. Next door but one to number 17 (SSN020), - the houses can be booked together by a group of friends or two families.
House is on 3 levels, - reached by steps down from the road. Upper floor: 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, - full bathroom. Middle floor: further double bedroom and bathroom, - spacious air-conditioned lounge/dining room with 2 sofa beds, - basic satellite TV and patio doors onto balcony (take care with young children as balcony walls are fairly low), - fitted modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, - full cooker, - microwave and washing machine. Further exterior steps down to the extensive sun terraces and pool (5m x 3m, - depth 1.4m to 2m, - with ladder) area, - which is fully furnished and has a dining area with BBQ and small garden. There is a private car port. Note:the lower (pool level) accommodation is not available for guests' - use, - so access to the pool is via steps to the side of the villa.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Air conditioning included in the price. Sunday changeover.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
