Villa Accomodation Details:
A seafront property just 30m from the beach on the western coast of the Cotentin peninsula, - between Agon-Coutainville and Barneville-Carteret and facing the Channel Islands. Only a short stroll to the beach and shops of St Germain sur Ay-Plage, - a beach resort offering a 10 km long beach with one part reserved for naturists (2km).100 km from the famous Mont St Michel which is worth a day trip.60 km from Cherbourg with its restaurants and bars as well as the Cité - de la Mer, - which is a fascinating and extensive museum highlighting underwater exploration and includes the Redoutable, - a former submarine of the French Navy, - now a museum and the largest submarine in the world open to the public. The D-day landing beaches are also just 35km away. Cherbourg ferry port 60km.
A modern property set within enclosed grounds with terrace for outdoor dining and outdoor furniture. The garden has lawns and swings as well a BBQ and is slightly overlooked. Parking for 2 cars.
